The existing platform was not tailored to the unique preferences and requirements of this new audience, which necessitated a comprehensive approach to design and functionality. VenueHub aimed to provide an intuitive experience that would facilitate venue discovery and booking while ensuring seamless integration with WeChat's ecosystem.
