RT ABC approached us with an outdated site that lacked visual consistency, suffered from poor information architecture and offered no clear journey for visitors. As a result, key service offerings were buried, engagement rates fell and the brand experience felt disjointed.
We began with a full audit of RT ABC’s existing site and ran workshops with stakeholders to define primary user journeys. Armed with these insights, our design team crafted a refreshed style guide, typography, colour palette and component library that would scale across new pages. We then restructured the site map, adding dedicated pages for each core service, an expanded “About Us” section and a resource hub. Using Webflow, we implemented the new templates with responsive layouts, integrated a CMS for easy updates and conducted thorough usability testing to ensure every link and call‑to‑action guided users intuitively.
The RT ABC site redesign is now in its final stages, showcasing a cohesive brand narrative and streamlined navigation. Early internal reviews highlight a noticeably smoother user journey and stronger visual consistency across every page.
